Tour Overview

5-Day Safari: Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti

This five day, four night Safari with extended stay in the world famous Serengeti National Park offers you the best of Tanzanian wildlife and the best chance of seeing the ”Big 5”, which includes the lion (simba), elephant (tembo), buffalo (nyati), rhino (faru), and the leopard (chui.) You are also very likely to see hippos, giraffes, antelopes, a variety of monkeys and birds, jackals, zebras, and so much more! You will have a chance to see the animals in action in their natural habitat with a lot of time to observe their behavior.

You will spend five days riding in a Safari jeep across the three parks, while enjoying a wild ride with the wind in your face, as your experienced guide will attempt his best to find you all the hidden gems of the parks, while teaching you about the wildlife. Feel free to ask a lot of questions!

This is the area where you have the best chance of seeing the rhinos. They tend to stay far from the roads, so binoculars will be your best chance of spotting them. The Ngorongoro also hosts zebras, elephants, a lot of smaller animal life, and many curious birds. The lakes in this area are a home for the pink flamingo. Depending on weather conditions and timing, you will either eat lunch at the Hippo pool or back at camp.
